You’ll have six weeks to try, test, and create a plan that’s deliciously doable for you today and meets your body’s needs (plus a full year of access to the BNP app and community).


Go beyond the mass advice of “if you eat mostly (all) plants, you need X” and discover what your body really needs, today, to run better. Evaluate how your choices make you feel and look, and how doable they are longer-term using BNP’s proprietary trackers, other tools, and insights from your coach.
