- 1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp raw organic cacao nibs
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup organic blackberries fresh or frozen, thawed
- 6 Oz unsweetened Califia Farms dairy-free probiotic yogurt
- In a bowl or mason jar, add all ingredients then pour yogurt. Optional add a drop or two of liquid stevia.
