  • 1 cup unsweetened Organic plant milk almond, rice, cashew, hemp etc
  • 1 1/2 cup Natures Path Organic Qi’a coconut chia SuperFlakes
  • 1/3 cup Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Tbsp organic coconut oil for high heat cooking
  • 1/4 cup filtered water

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and let soak an hour, stirring to make sure all flakes get wet. Place mixture in blender or smoothie maker (Ninja, Nutribullet etc). Blend. You may need to add up to 1/4 cup filtered water or non-dairy milk but note that blended consistency should be thick enough to spoon or pours slowly. Preheat your pancake pan or griddle. Add 1 Tbsp oil at high heat and allow it to heat (a minute) then lower to medium-high add batter and make palm size pancakes. Watch for edges to brown before flipping. You will need to press down with spatula so the center batter cooks. Repeat with more oil and next batter batch. Remove from heat and enjoy!
