  • 1.5 cups oat milk or alternative milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 apple grated
  • 2 tbsp gluten free oats
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried cherries

Directions

  • Whisk ingredients together vigorously.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for an hour.
  • Stir to break up any clumps, eat or store overnight in the fridge.
