Green Mojito Smoothie

Green Mojito Smoothie

This is a cold-and-flu buster that will help your digestion run better, and it has preventative health benefits too. Pineapple aids digestion, especially of proteins, and when sick it helps suppress coughs and loosens mucus. Mint helps clear respiratory congestion and soothe sore throats. Limes do their job helping promote a more alkaline environment in the lower digestive tract. Ginger supports better immune health, aids digestion, and adds delicious zing. If you are drinking this to get over a cold, make sure to assess your digestion when you get better. If you are enjoying this for preventative health and delicious taste – remember you are not what you eat, you are what you digest and absorb. Are you a practitioner?
