Easy Anti-Inflammatory Lemon-Rosemary Salmon

  • pounds wild salmon cut into 4 portions, or use four 6 oz fillets
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary crushed and chopped
  • 1 lemon cut into slices

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Lay salmon flat on a sheet pan. Pour lemon juice over salmon, then sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Add lemon slices over the fish, then bake for 15–20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 135 degrees F.
  • Serve immediately.
