  • 2 medium sweet potatoes scrubbed, skin on, sliced*
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch sea salt optional

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Spread coconut oil in pan with edges.
  • Lay slices out then bake for ~10 minutes each side until desired golden brown and crispness. Remove from heat, let cool. Can freeze.

*Tip: make slices about same thickness
