  • What: Designed to reveal if you absorb the water you take in so that your cells get it along with the nutrients water should be escorting to optimize metabolism and cellular functions. 
  • How: This simple at-home test only requires one glass of water – and that you have at least an hour between caffeine and the test.  Based on your absorption status, you will be provided a protocol to implement and retest each week. Your protocol will include improving intake of key minerals and reducing dehydrating choices.
  • What: Struggling with sweet cravings, energy and / or mood swings, gas, bloating, or trouble feeling satisfied with your food choices? Your sweet taste buds may be out of control. Giving up added sugar isn’t a likely cure; you need a total Sweet Taste Bud Reset. 
  • How: This simple at-home evaluation requires an apple (not a Granny Smith) and a clean palate. Your results will reveal if you need a reset in which case, you will get your protocol, guide, and suggestions for implementing your reset for 14 days or until you pass the sweet taste bud test.
  • What: Your digestive system may be sending you signals that you are ignoring, putting a band-aid on, or missing entirely. You can’t have better health without optimal digestion, so we need to catch all the signals. Then, tune up your system, as indicated. 
  • How: Take the easy, comprehensive quiz that covers all the different ways your body may be trying to send you a message. If there are messages coming through, the tune up is for you! Over 30 days, you will give your system nutrient and lifestyle support, while reducing or removing what is making it work too hard. After 30 days, if your system, you will reassess the messages and if your gut is happy you will calendar to redo the evaluation in 90 days otherwise, you will be directed to deeper digestive evaluation and personalized recommendations.
  • What: Stress is going to happen, and stress is not all bad for us. Facts. But elevated stress and stress about things over which we have minimal, or no control will challenge your health. Identifying elevated stress and learning to read the signals your body sends when it is starting to elevate is a key tool for longevity. 
  • How: Allocating ideally 3 times a day for a few days (yes you can start with one time and one day if more is too stressful ;)), you will conduct a quick stress check-in and identify possible trigger(s). As you identify your elevated stress and the body’s signals, you will trial out different techniques to reduce your elevated stress to identify which one works better for which type of stress trigger. Optional add-on: a personalized supplement review and recommendations.
  • What: Did you know that older adults with optimal grip strength are significantly less likely to experience cognitive decline. Assessing your grip strength and optimizing it at any age is a crucial part of longevity or what we call healthspan – living healthier for longer. Of course, nutrition, genetic and lifestyle choices are key too but why not start with one powerful intervention?!

  • What: Are you desperately seeking more energy possibly at the bottom of the cup (or trough) of coffee? Discover the health differences of stimulants versus better energy providers and get personalized insights into what helps your body run better. 
  • How: Over the course of 24 hours, audit your energy and the choices you make to get and stay energized as well as how you sleep and feel on waking. Based on the results of your audit, you will receive your better next step – the priority optimization that our clinical team deems will have the biggest impact on optimizing your energy first. Upon completion of that experiment, you will redo the energy audit and, as indicated, move on to your next experiment to further optimize your energy.
