  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk or drinkable yogurt unsweetened
  • toppings as desired

  • In a mason jar add oats, pour milk/yogurt over oats; mix, add toppings as desired, cover and place in the refrigerator
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
