Prebiotic Rich Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk or drinkable yogurt unsweetened
- toppings as desired
Instructions
In a mason jar add oats, pour milk/yogurt over oats; mix, add toppings as desired, cover and place in the refrigerator
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Spoon and enjoy
