Oatmeal Latté

Oatmeal Latté

Start your morning right! An oatmeal latté combines your morning caffeine kick with a hearty, filling breakfast. Oats are rich in magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, and phosphorus. Magnesium is mother nature’s muscle relaxant and anti-stress mineral. If you’re lower on magnesium (like 70-80% of Americans), do 1 thing better this week and work on getting in more magnesium.
