Muesli Bowl

Muesli means mix in Swiss-German, and this bowl mixes up a variety of my all favorites like oats, nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon. Once prepared, muesli can be used to top a yogurt parfait, enjoyed in a bowl with plant-based milk, or eaten by the handful for a delicious energy pit-stop. Are you a practitioner? Ingredients

  • 3 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds or mixed unsalted nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit raisins, cranberries, etc. note: If you have digestive issues consider 1/4 cup crystalized ginger, chopped (added sugar rubbed off)
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. chia
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

For 1 serving:

  • ½ cup muesli
  • ¾ cup homemade non-dairy milk*
  • Optional toppings: 1oz. pumpkin seeds, almonds, hemp hearts

  • Mix ingredients together & store in airtight container.

For 1 serving:

  • Add muesli to a small bowl, top with milk ; serve and enjoy!
