Muesli Bowl
Muesli means mix in Swiss-German, and this bowl mixes up a variety of my all favorites like oats, nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon. Once prepared, muesli can be used to top a yogurt parfait, enjoyed in a bowl with plant-based milk, or eaten by the handful for a delicious energy pit-stop. Are you a practitioner? - 3 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds or mixed unsalted nuts
- ½ cup dried fruit raisins, cranberries, etc. note: If you have digestive issues consider 1/4 cup crystalized ginger, chopped (added sugar rubbed off)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chia
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
For 1 serving:
- ½ cup muesli
- ¾ cup homemade non-dairy milk*
- Optional toppings: 1oz. pumpkin seeds, almonds, hemp hearts

- Mix ingredients together & store in airtight container.
For 1 serving:
- Add muesli to a small bowl, top with milk ; serve and enjoy!
