- 1 mango peeled and sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- Preheat the broiler. Place the mango on the broiler rack.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, syrup and oil. Drizzle the mixture over mango slices.
- Broil for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
