Karen's Nut Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Nut butter of choice (Nut butters without flax/chia work best. These tend to be too thick and hard to strain).
  • 1 Cup Water


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
  • Strain the milk through cheese cloth, a nut milk bag or a straining tool.
  • Store in a glass jar or container in the fridge. It will last 5-7 days.
  • 4 cups makes a quart of milk.
  • This is a no waste recipe if you reserve the strained material and add it to a smoothie or yogurt!
  • Optional add ins: Cinnamon, Drizzle of honey, Pinch of salt, Vanilla Extract
