Golden Rice and Cauliflower Pilaf

- 1 cup organic basmati rice
- 1 12 ounce bottle REBBL Golden Milk Elixir
- ½ cup chicken broth vegetable broth or water
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 cups raw cauliflower rice
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ½ to asted cashews
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- fresh cilantro or parsley roughly chopped

- In a medium pan (or if using a rice cooker) add the rice, REBBL Golden Milk, broth (or water) and garlic. Prepare according to package instructions for the rice (cooking times can vary). Generally instructions will state to bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed. (I make mine in the rice cooker)
- In the last 5 minutes of the rice cooking, remove the lid and add the cauliflower rice, stir well to combine. Place the lid back on and allow to cook the remaining 5 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from the heat and place into a serving bowl. Add the toasted cashews and golden raisins. Toss to mix. Serve warm, topped with fresh cilantro or parsley. Enjoy.
