A detoxifying dip? Yep, you heard right. Broccoli is rich in glucoraphanin, an antioxidant that supports our body’s detox system.   • 3 cups broccoli small florets
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup ricotta or vegan ricotta
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder dried
  • 10 radishes washed & sliced

Directions

  • In small saucepan, combine olive oil and garlic and over low heat. Warm the mixture for approximately 2-3 minutes until the garlic just about starts to sizzle. Remove from heat and set aside for approximately 10 minutes, then discard garlic slices.
  • Steam broccoli until tender, approximately ~5-7 minutes. Place broccoli in blender or food processor, with ricotta, olive oil, salt and mustard powder.
  • Pulse until mixed but still chunky consistency or desired texture.
  • Serve with radish slices and other crudite; or spread onto mustard greens and roll-up into a "hand roll" style appetizer
