- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 Socca
- 1/4 large red onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions
- Combine hemp heart toppers into Socca mix. Separately sautée red onion, garlic and rosemary in one tablespoon of oil. Remove from heat and combine with Socca and hemp seeds and mix in bowl. Heat sautée pan to medium high and add one tablespoon of oil then make add mixture and cook into a golden pancake, flipping once or twice.
