A Better Garlic & Onion Bread

Garlic and onion lovers unite! Form of a delicious Socca pancake that delivers better nutrition for your heart, skin, digestive and immune systems – so yeah better nutrition is not just delicious, it’s also easy! I think Mother Nature is so smart! This can be eaten alone or topped with sardines or feta cheese.

  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Socca
  • 1/4 large red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Combine hemp heart toppers into Socca mix. Separately sautée red onion, garlic and rosemary in one tablespoon of oil. Remove from heat and combine with Socca and hemp seeds and mix in bowl. Heat sautée pan to medium high and add one tablespoon of oil then make add mixture and cook into a golden pancake, flipping once or twice.
