  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 frozen coconut water cubes
  • 1/4 plain almond yogurt
  • 1 thumb ginger peeled
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 8 oz water

Directions:

  • First, add all liquids to your blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
