  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder or collagen protein unflavored

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar with a lid, let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Stir in the morning, enjoy.
