  • 2 cups water
  • cup organic quick oats
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for flavor boost)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 soft boiled egg
  • 2 chicken sausage links

Directions

  • Combine water and oats in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, until desired texture is achieved.
  • Cook chicken sausage in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat for 6-8mins
  • Stir in the parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Remove from heat and scoop into a large bowl or divide into two small bowls. Top with egg, chicken sausage and serve.
