I love to fall into easy, delicious vegetable bowls like this one. It's a treat for mouth and eyes as well as supports the body’s detox, heart, skin, and hormone balancing efforts.   • 3 cups frozen cauliflower/broccoli combined (I used Stahlbush Island Farm cool cauliflower & Trader Joe’s organic broccoli)
  • 1 red onion peeled & chopped
  • 2 Tbsp organic cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp organic Rosemary

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Combine all ingredients in a square baking ban – toss to make sure the oil and rosemary coat most of the veggies
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes check after 35 to make sure nothing is getting burnt, may need to stir or toss.
