    Slaw:

    • ½ lb red cabbage shredded
    • ½ lb green cabbage shredded
    • 3 oz. raisins
    • 4 oz. walnuts coarsely chopped
    • ¼ lb carrots grated
    • pinch salt

    Coconut Lime Dressing:

    • ¼ Cup coconut milk
    • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
    • 2 Tbsp. tahini
    • 1 tsp. maple syrup
    • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    • pinch salt
    • pinch cayenne

    Directions

    • Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients to combine.
    • Slaw: Toss ingredients in medium bowl to combine. Pour dressing over slaw & toss to coat.
