Chocolate Chunk Prebiotic Plant Protein Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats gluten-free
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk unsweetened, organic
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp honey raw, organic
- 1/2 cup cacao powder raw, organic
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts chopped
- 1 pinch sea salt optional
Instructions
- Soak oats and hemp seeds in almond milk for approximately 30 minutes; stirring twice to combine
- Add mixture into the base of a mixer
- Add honey, cacao powder, and almond butter
- Blend to puree all ingredients
- Add in cacao nibs, macadamia nuts, sea salt
- Pulse to combine to desired consistency
- Remove from mixer into a bowl.
- Using spoons or fingers, pinch and roll into balls placing them into storage container or on serving tray.
