  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 15 ounce can of cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

  • In the bowl of a food processor process the garlic until finely chopped.
  • Add the cannellini beans, lemon juice and zest, sea salt, pepper, and olive oil and process until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped basil.
