  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 dates sliced (optional)
  • 1 ¼ cup water

Directions

  • In small pot, heat coconut oil. Add oats, 1 Tbsp shredded coconut, & sea salt. Toast, stirring, over medium heat 1-2 minutes.
  • Add water (& dates if using). Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Top with hemp seeds and remaining shredded coconut.
