Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup almond or hemp milk unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoons  Qia superfood cereal or blend of hemp, chia, flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries strawberries/blueberries/raspberries
  • 1 banana frozen

Instructions
 

  • Reserve 1 Tbsp of seeds. Add dairy-free milk to the blender. Add other ingredients into the blender. Puree. Pour into glass. Top with remaining seeds. Enjoy
