  • 1 medium jicama peeled and sliced into batonnets or sticks
  • 2 naval oranges supremed (peel and pith removed and sectioned)
  • ½ jalapeno minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • In a medium bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice, sea salt, jalapeno and cilantro.
  • Add the jicama and orange slices and toss gently.
