Orange Jicama Salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama peeled and sliced into batonnets or sticks
- 2 naval oranges supremed (peel and pith removed and sectioned)
- ½ jalapeno minced
- ¼ cup cilantro roughly chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
In a medium bowl whisk together the oil, lime juice, sea salt, jalapeno and cilantro.
Add the jicama and orange slices and toss gently.
