  • 2 ripe bananas peeled and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla hemp protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves picked and stems discarded
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Directions

  • Combine first six ingredients in a high-speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy, using a spatula to scrape sides of blender.
  • Stir in cacao nibs and divide between two glasses. Serve immediately.
