Ingredients
  

  • 2 organic pasture-raised eggs
  • 1/3 cup Big Bold Health Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp Greek (almond) yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened hemp milk
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp cultured vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients- use milk to thin to a pourable texture.
  • Sauté butter over medium high heat.
  • Pour mixture into pan.
  • Flip when edges harden.
  • Serve hot topped with berries and nuts.
