Immuno-Rejuvenating Pancakes
Give your immune system more of what it needs to help it run better in these delicious, protein and fiber-rich pancakes featuring Himalayan tartary buckwheat.
Ingredients
- 2 organic pasture-raised eggs
- 1/3 cup Big Bold Health Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp Greek (almond) yogurt
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened hemp milk
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 Tbsp cultured vegan butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients- use milk to thin to a pourable texture.
- Sauté butter over medium high heat.
- Pour mixture into pan.
- Flip when edges harden.
- Serve hot topped with berries and nuts.
