- 1 cup almond yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 thumbs turmeric
- 1 thumb ginger
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch black pepper
- Blend ingredients together, pour into a glass, and enjoy! Repeat as needed or wanted.
