Cashew Coconut Spinach Protein Smoothie

- 2-3 cups spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened almond milk
- 9 cashews
- 1 Medjool Date
- ¼ avocado
- 1 serving AKA protein powder we used 22 Days Nutrition natural
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean powder or extract
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- stevia to taste optional
- Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender and serve. Optional: add ice.
