  • 1 cup carrots peeled and grated (if you have a high-speed blender like a VitaMix, you can just cut the carrots before blending them)
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2 to 3 Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp. Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
