  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Cardamom optional
  • 1 Medium Banana sliced
  • 1 cup Nature's Path Hemp Plus® Granola + extra for topping
  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries + extra for topping


  • In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey to taste, cinnamon, and cardamom (if using). Gently stir in banana slices, reserving 4 for garnish.
  • In bottoms of two glasses, place a 1/4 cup layer of blueberries. Layer 1/4 cup granola on top and spoon 1/4 cup yogurt on that. Repeat with a second layer of each.
  • Top with a touch of granola, a few blueberries and a couple slices of banana.
