Blueberry Banana Hemp Granola Parfait
It’s often said that we eat first with our eyes, a perfect case for serving breakfast as a simple and eye-catching layered parfait. - 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 to 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Cardamom optional
- 1 Medium Banana sliced
- 1 cup Nature's Path Hemp Plus® Granola + extra for topping
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries + extra for topping
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey to taste, cinnamon, and cardamom (if using). Gently stir in banana slices, reserving 4 for garnish.
- In bottoms of two glasses, place a 1/4 cup layer of blueberries. Layer 1/4 cup granola on top and spoon 1/4 cup yogurt on that. Repeat with a second layer of each.
- Top with a touch of granola, a few blueberries and a couple slices of banana.
