  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup salsa any kind
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, avocado, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, salsa, lime juice, cumin and sea salt.
  • Stir to combine and enjoy!
