  • 1/2 c plain unsweetened almond yogurt I used Kite Hill
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger skin on, washed
  • 2 handfuls organic arugula
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 4 oz coconut cream
  • 1/3 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cucumber skin on
  • Few drops stevia optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients. Serve in a wine glass to be fancy 😉
