Better Rainbow Seed Bowl

A rainbow of colors and a blend of seeds gives you better nutrition deliciously in one bowl. This recipe doesn't have much carbohydrate so you could pair it with a 1/2 sweet potato or a glass of wine or a mocktail spritzer with 4oz of fruit juice (like grapefruit or cantaloupe and then add sparkling water).   • 2 cups chard steamed
  • 1/4 purple onion sautéed
  • 1/4 cup sautéed radish chips
  • 2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp toasted hemp seeds


  • Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, photograph and post to social media, and enjoy 🙂
