Better Espresso Chip Coconut Pudding

- 1 espresso 1 inch ice cube
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
- 4 oz fresh coconut water
- 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
- 2 tsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 scoop espresso Paleo or plant protein powder
- Set cacao nibs aside. Blend all other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Top with nibs and enjoy.
