  • 1 espresso 1 inch ice cube
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
  • 4 oz fresh coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  • 2 tsp raw cacao nibs

Optional:

  • 1 scoop espresso Paleo or plant protein powder

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Set cacao nibs aside. Blend all other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Top with nibs and enjoy.
