- 2 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest toasted hemp seeds sea salt flavor
- 2 Tbsp cultured carrots
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1/4 red pepper
- 2 radishes diced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos or vinegar
