Banana Coconut Ice Cream
I scream, you scream, we all scream for NICE cream! Bananas and coconut are two potassium-rich foods, to help you bring water and nutrients into the cells so they can run better. - 1 can coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ Cup liquid sweetener agave, maple, honey, or brown rice syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker, and follow operating instructions.
Note: In the case that you do not have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture, stirring vigorously by hand every 15 minutes until set.
