Apple Cranberry Hemp Salad

All the flavors of fall in one nourishing bowl! The combo of apple and cranberry is one of my seasonal favorites, taste and better nutrition-wise. It adds a ton of vitamins to your day including vitamin A, vitamin C, and a range of B vitamins. Better nutrition means giving your body what it needs while avoiding ingredients that can disrupt its efforts. Ingredients

Ingredients

    For the Salad:

    • 6 cups mixed greens
    • 1 red apple thinly sliced
    • 1 green apple thinly sliced
    • One cup walnuts chopped
    • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
    • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
    • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

    For the Dressing:

    • 1 cup apple juice
    • 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Instructions

    Directions

    • In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, apples, walnuts, Hemp Hearts, feta, and cranberries together.
    • Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until emulsified.
    • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until all the ingredients are well coated. Serve and enjoy!
