Almond Date Truffles

- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 cup Pitted Dates
- pinch salt
- ½ cup organic cocoa or cacao powder
- In a food processor fitted with metal blade, combine almond butter, dates, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Form mixture into balls with your hands. Refrigerate balls for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Measure cocoa powder into a small bowl. Roll balls in cocoa powder to coat. Store in refrigerator.
