  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp Califia Farms Vanilla Creamer


  • Blend banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, spinach, cinnamon + coconut water together until well combined. Add ice + creamer, + blend until smooth.
