  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 Tbsp Vanilla Creamer optional
