Fermented Spritzer with Fresh Summer Fruit
When it heats up this spritzer will prove refreshing to your mouth and to your whole digestive system. This drink is lightly sweet and just a tad salty, making it a better hydration and stress reducing drink in hot weather. - 1 tablespoon Natural Calm raspberry-lemon or cherry flavor
- ½ cup hot water
- 1½ cups cold water
- 2 cups coconut water
- ¼ cup brine see note below
- 1 peach pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries optional
- Ice

Directions
- Place Natural Calm powder in a glass or mug, add hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Mix with cold water, coconut water, brine, fresh fruit, and serve over ice.
