“Curryflower” Roasted Curried Cauliflower

- 1 head of cauliflower stem removed and cut into large florets
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon oil extra virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil etc

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl combine the curry powder, sea salt and sunflower oil until it becomes a paste.
- Add the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated
- On a large sheet pan, add the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Roast for 30 minutes.
