Spray or add cooking oil to a sauce pan as you would to make pancakes, heat the pan on medium-high. Add all batter (for 1 large pancake) or add in smaller amounts (about 2 tbsp of batter) to make smaller pancakes. Allow to cook until bubbles are visible (you can test the edges to see if the pancake is firm enough to flip), flip and continue to cook until desired golden brown.
