Add a slice of toast or half baked potato into each bowl and set aside.
Heat a cast iron sautée pan and add the olive oil from the sardine can (but not the sardines just yet)! Sautée the garlic until brown, and add cauliflower.
Stir fry until cauliflower well coated with oil and browning edges.
Add sardines. Stir-fry two minutes. Pour mixture between two bowls. Enjoy.
