Better Broccoli Quinoa Risotto
This warming better broccoli quinoa risotto provides plant-based carbs and proteins, and adds the detox support from broccoli (glucoraphanin) and garlic. garlic

multicolor quinoa
dry

broccoli soup

Tbsp
organic canola oil
Optional: 2 Tbsp Parmesan shredded
Instructions
Directions
In a 1 quart pot, add oil and heat at medium.
Place diced garlic. Allow to get crispy, add quinoa and stir.
Stir in broccoli soup and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover.
Cook for fifteen minutes stirring occasionally to prevent anything sticking to the bottom. Remove and plate.
Sprinkle Parmesan on and serve.
