Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9” baking pan with oil and flour. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, maple crystals, baking powder and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut oil and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and drizzle the almond butter over top.
Drag a butter knife in horizontal lines across and then vertical lines down the batter, creating a marbleized pattern in the almond butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
