Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl mix all nuts and seeds well.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk 2 egg whites and then add maple syrup, honey, turmeric, sea salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the liquid mixture over the nuts and seeds and mix well until thoroughly covered.
Spread the nut mixture in a single layer on the lined cookie sheet. Bake about 30-40 minutes until browned and fragrant, checking frequently to avoid burning.
